MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (OTP)

We've added an extra step to keep your account protected. After your username and password, we'll send an OTP by SMS or email - just enter it to log in.

Did not receive your OTP?

This likely means we don't have your latest contact details. Call 0861 222 588 or WhatsApp Member Support on +27 66 478 3605 to update your contact details. Our team is ready to help, 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, and we'll verify you and get you logged in.
